The Product Manager is a very important role in the Operations team as they are responsible for our exceptional product being ready and available for presentation to the customers. With responsibility for our merchandise handling in, out and within the location, the Product Manager and support team are the lifeblood of the store from a product perspective. The Product Manager manages the stockroom to ensure all is organized and maintained in this area across all categories, and then manages movement of product to and from the shop floor. They ensure smooth, accurate, timely processing and distribution of all incoming and outgoing merchandise, assist in floor moves, actioning price change notifications (PCN’s), and co-ordinate and run stocktakes. The Product Manager is responsible for working with their support teams to increase productivity of the teams This in turn allows the Product Sales Manager (PSM) and sales floor team to concentrate on their key role of driving sales and providing an exceptional experience in store for our customers. MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years of previous leadership experience in a back-of-house role related to shipping and receiving/inventory for a retail environment.
