Work You’ll Do/Responsibilities
As a Product Manager, you will evaluate global business processes and design creative solutions to be solved with systems and tools. In this role you will evaluate information gathered from multiple sources to drive insights and craft solutions that are user-friendly, scalable, and address key business issues. Using your deep understanding of process optimization, you will provide analysis and visibility into recurring business issues and inefficiencies, to identify strategies to help reduce time and cost. This will include defining recommendations that address gaps, partnering with cross-functional teams, measuring the impact of initiatives, and communicating updates to key stakeholders to drive adoption.
Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes Hybrid work schedule – 3 days onsite/2 days remote

Qualifications
Required
5 years of experience as a Product Manager in process management, optimization, and tool implementation. Experience with process design, development, & assessing solutions from multiple angles. Experience developing and exercising cross-functional influence, collaborating across teams to assess, implement, and improve processes. Experience with end-to-end business process mapping, information flow modeling, and workflow analysis, to identify areas of inefficiency, gaps, and bottlenecks. An understanding of data in a complex enterprise system landscape, including quality assurance and synchronization. International experience preferred. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across multiple audiences and partners, including the ability to explain analytical outcomes and technical roadblocks in business terms. Experience in ML basked products from ideation to launch Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
