- Partner and Customer Interface: Act as the primary point of contact and build strong relationships with our partner and customer ecosystem. Understand their needs, challenges, and business goals, and effectively communicate our ML/AI product capabilities and value propositions to address their requirements.
- ML/AI Product Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, marketing, and sales, to define and execute the ML/AI product strategy. Identify market opportunities, analyze customer feedback, and develop product roadmaps that align with business objectives and drive customer success.
- Customer Interaction: Engage closely with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and validate product features. Conduct customer interviews, user testing, and surveys to gain insights and ensure that our ML/AI solutions meet their expectations and deliver tangible business value.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. Define product requirements, prioritize features, and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases. Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and iterate based on customer feedback and market dynamics.
- Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape related to ML/AI technologies. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify opportunities for differentiation and strategic positioning.
- Business and Technical Background: bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration. A solid understanding of ML/AI technologies, data science concepts, and cloud platforms. Exposure to ERP systems and familiarity with their functionalities is a plus.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a deep understanding of customer interaction and the ability to build strong relationships. Strong empathy for customer challenges and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Product Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience in ML/AI product management, including defining product strategies, roadmap development, and successful product launches. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, user-centered design principles, and data-driven decision-making. Exposure to ERP systems and their integration with ML/AI solutions is an additional advantage.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Strong presentation skills to effectively convey product value propositions and engage with stakeholders at various levels.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to gather and analyze data, extract meaningful insights, and make informed product decisions. Ability to balance competing priorities and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
