We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Product Manager to join the Signify Health team to help realize the product vision to help move care homeward for all. We expect Product Managers to develop a deep understanding of our specific position in the healthcare ecosystem, our product vision, the value we deliver to customers & users, and our market differentiation. You will be responsible for the clinical workflow used by 10,000 providers nationwide, with a specific focus on Medicare in-home and virtual visits.

This role will report to our Sr. Director of Program Integrity within the product organization.

What will you do?

• Communicate complex concepts, both written and verbally, to influence peers and stakeholders to make decisions or adjust approach when needed specifically related to the clinical workflow used by the Signify Provider Network
• Prepare and present workflow updates and showcase features to new and existing clients, providers and cross-functional stakeholders with written communication and live demos
• Identify and translate business objectives and user feedback into requirements and lead team through execution focused on the Medicare market
• Prioritize product requirements & capabilities to ensure incremental delivery of high value functionality to drive business results and user / customer satisfaction
• Interact with users to understand their workflows, lead user research sessions to gather feedback and aggregate the output into user problems
• Coordinate dependencies, communicate timelines, and manage stakeholder expectations
• Deliver incremental user value by having a cross-functional view of the problem and driving difficult tradeoff decisions.
• Understand high-level strategic levers and drivers of the business. Develop and measure KPIs for the product to define, track and communicate value delivery.
• Understand the healthcare industry, key trends, and current news focused on Medicare risk adjustment and the healthcare needs of the Medicare members.

We are looking for someone with:

• Innate curiosity, almost obsessively so, with a passion to share knowledge and challenge the status quo to uncover creative solutions.
• Acute focus on the user and able to express their perspective and what they need to ensure each problem statement clearly traces back to these core points.
• Knnowledge of Medicare risk adjustment, ICD-10 coding and the clinical needs of people over age 65.
• Skills to build a case around data and using it to explain the degree of a problem and to make strategic product decisions. When such data isn’t available, you lead the charge on gathering it.
• Ability to articulate the organizational value delivered in your last few releases to all levels of the company from R&D peers to executives. More importantly, you can tell the story of the value that is currently in your backlog or roadmap using data, KPIs, or expected financial results.

• You are passionate about transforming the US healthcare system and the way care is delivered and paid for with a wholehearted interest in diving into its complexity.
• Registered Nurse or licensed independent practitioners preferred with at least 2 years of clinical experience
• You also have at least 2 years of product experience
