Define, manage, and prioritize the industry strategy for the assigned market.

What You Will Be Doing
Provide insight on personas, industry best practices, competitors, threats, and opportunities associated with assigned industry markets. Quantify addressable market and solution profitability for assigned solutions.Maintain short-term strategic industry roadmap in accordance with defined industry strategy and technology roadmaps. Publish and communicate changes to stakeholders.Collaborate with internal company stakeholder teams to gather market research and interpret dataParticipate in external industry and customer events. Develop relationships with customers and industry thought leadersManage new repeatable solution ideation and early stage product concept testing to ensure ideas in the development pipeline are positioned for success. Partner with product managers and solution owners to evaluate and test business use cases.Partner with product managers and solutions owners to manage the delivery of short-term roadmap deliverables.Track the profitability of company offerings within industry or market segments; leverage user adoption and what exists in the sales pipeline to forecast resultsEnsure all initiatives moving through the solutions framework are ready for release and all departments are prepared. Coordinate with stakeholder teams within all departments to complete launch-readiness activities in accordance with the company’s release cadence.Assist with the launch of solutions specific to industry or market segments; design and deliver training programs to support the launch of products and solutions; evangelize new and existing capabilities internally.Operate as a trusted advisor to customers and potential customers; develop and maintain strategic working relationshipsComply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland’s Information Systems Security Policy

What Will Make You Successful
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceInsurance industry experience preferredExperience making data driven decisions which have enabled high growthExperience developing and life cycle managing business strategy and solutionsPragmatic Marketing Certification PreferredExtensive experience in technology product managementDemonstrated knowledge of the software development life cycleExperience in business and spend analyticsAnalytic and strategic thinking, solid decision making skillsStrong verbal, written and presentation skillsProficient in system analysis, procedure analysis and problem resolutionPassionate, competitive and intellectually curiousDemonstrated ability to influence, motivate and mobilize team members and business partnersStrong ability to develop and use engaging, informative and compelling presentation methodologiesUp to 50% travel time required

Based on individual states’ employment laws, the following details are to comply with the relevant salary posting requirements: base salary range of $145,000-161,000 and eligible for bonus and benefits
