Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Growth Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Product Management, Project Management, eCommerce or SaaS, and Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth through strategic planning, execution, and optimization of our product offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives that drive revenue and increase customer engagement.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute product growth strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize growth opportunities Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization Conduct market research and analyze data to inform product decisions Implement A/B testing and other optimization tactics to improve product performance Manage eCommerce platforms, including Shopify and Klaviya Oversee fulfillment and warehouse management systems Utilize SaaS tools, such as Segment and Recharge, to drive growth and customer retention Manage content and product information using CMS tools, such as Contentful and Builder.io Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track progress toward growth goals
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, eCommerce, and Marketing Strong analytical skills and experience with data analytics tools Knowledge of A/B testing and optimization tactics Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo Familiarity with fulfillment and warehouse management systems Experience with SaaS tools, such as Segment and Recharge Experience with CMS tools, such as Contentful and Builder.io
