Job Description

Develops specific marketing plans and activities for specific product(s) or product line(s) to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena. Develops business plans and product positioning in the marketplace. Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs. Establishes pricing strategies. Works with engineering, manufacturing and sales to develop new products or enhance existing product(s) or product line(s).

  • Global product management responsibility over sustaining products portfolio accounting for ~$100M annual revenue
  • Develop specific strategy to win in each product category
  • Align across NA, EU and ROW on product priorities
  • Work with cross-functional teams on resolving any product needs, ranging from commercial revenue achievement to product requirement updates
  • SKU and EOL rationalization
  • Own and drive the core side experiments for Strat Plan initiatives, particularly with regards to combining treatment options (Spark aligner + Ormco braces).
  • Manage new product development for the continuation of Ormco’s top selling brand. This will be the next big bracket system launch in the Damon brand portfolio driving Ormco’s strategic goals of continuous innovation.
  • Move the product across Toll Gates with leadership buy-in
  • Implement different EBS tools to identify true value of product

Required

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required
  • 3+ years of experience in medical devices and marketing/sales, background preferably in Global Product Management with proven delivery of products to market
  • Must be able to travel (domestic & international) up to 20% of the time, which may include some nights and weekends

Preferred Skills

  • Advanced degree in field of business, mathematics, or science
  • Prefer candidates with prior dental or orthodontics field experience
  • Solid organizational skills; Able to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment, strong desire to learn
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

Target Market Salary Range

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
