The Embedded Finance Product Manager will help drive the execution of our Embedded Finance strategy-with a focus on enabling innovative Client Solutions-and will be part of the team responsible for building and deploying platform enablers, APIs, and SDKs to streamline the integration of Wells Fargo APIs spanning every line of business.In This Role, You Will

• Work closely with strategic clients, organizational leadership, and key partners across Wells Fargo business lines to identify and recommend opportunities to embed Wells Fargo products and services in Client Solutions
• Act as a subject matter expert to lead Embedded Finance use case discovery for a functional area within the digital environment analyzing enterprise value, risk, scope, cost, and benefits.
• Develop a roadmap of API, embedded plug-ins, SDKs, and other platform enablers-working closely with the API product management team-to launch successful product enhancements that support new Embedded Finance Client Solutions
• Interface with clients to help support the co-design and launch of embedded finance Client Solutions using Wells Fargo digital capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure operational readiness to support Embedded Finance solutions, including enhancing or creating processes related to sales enablement, product onboarding, ongoing support, etc. to support various embedded finance use cases
• Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners and peers associated with the function or affected by its outcomes.
• Coordinate and drive forward highly complex activities with internal and external stakeholders, while continuously thinking about how to drive process efficiencies. .
• Determine appropriate strategy and actions of the team to meet moderate to high-risk deliverables.
• Interpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with moderate complexity within scope of responsibility
• Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including senior managers
• Interact directly with external customers, startups, venture capitalists as needed

Required Qualifications,:

• 8+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• API product management
• Proven experience in product strategy and execution
• Ability to lead through influence and ability to consult, build, and maintain solid working relationships across all organizational levels, and across the enterprise.
• Strong understanding of embedded finance and fintech market trends across payments, lending, and other relevant domains
• Experience building and deploying platform enablers, embedded plug-in, and SDKs to streamline integration.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at various levels of leadership
• Ability to communicate a vision through storyboarding

Job Expectation:

• Travel required up to 15%
• This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship which includes immediate transfer of H1-B, TN or E-3 visas as well as future sponsorship of individuals currently completing curriculum or training on OPT or F-1 visas.
• This position will not be fully remote. Must be willing to work on-site 3 times a week
