Lemon8 is a social media platform committed to building a diverse and inclusive community where people can discover new content and creators every day. Lemon8 aims to inspire the community in a number of categories, including food, fashion, beauty, skin care, travel and more. People can share photos and videos as well as engage with one another through features such as likes, comments and sharing. Lemon8 is currently available on iPhone and Android in USA, UK, Japan, Singapore,Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam.
Responsibilities
Lead the US ecosystem operation team to formulate strategies related to community content, analyze content data, maintain and promote the update of relevant strategies, and be responsible for the content experience Supervise and maintain the content quality management process, propose optimization plans, and work with product and content quality management teams to promote implementation Work closely with US leadership teams and other internal partners (R&D, Operations, Growth) to align business targets and drive key results Responsible for improving and leveraging user-content understanding to help better recommendation feeds Responsible for content evaluation and labeling , monitoring the quality and safety, style and atmosphere of community
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience Proficient in the information delivery mechanisms of social media platforms, with experience in content production or dissemination Experience with algorithm driven products (recommendation), machine learning and AI, two-sided marketplaces and network effects Excellent at translating complex data analysis into shareable insights that drive real business change Possess a keen understanding of content dynamics, including the principles of viral content transmission. Able to articulate the significance of copy, visuals, punctuation, and emojis in content dissemination. Good logical thinking and communication skills, good Data Analysis ability.Solid command of BI tools to analyze complex data

?For Pay Transparency?Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $149040 – $311600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
