About This Role: As a Product Manager of eCommerce you’ll report to the VP of Product and lead the formulation and delivery of automated retention strategies and features. You’ll collaborate closely with our in-house marketing, data, and engineering teams to increase organic traffic and overall conversions through content strategy and new features/optimizations.
You’ll define and execute our content strategy including merchandising products and promotions, menu content best practices, and SEO.
You’ll analyze data and facilitate ongoing user research to define the roadmap for new features, optimizations, and experiments.
Responsibilities include:
Drive performance for your primary KPIs: Organic Traffic and Overall ConversionsPartner closely with Data, Marketing, Supply, and other stakeholders to define and execute content strategy including merchandising products and promotions, defining menu content best practices, and owning SEOSketch and wireframe new customer facing features and optimizations for web and native appsManage feature execution from conception through delivery and optimizationsMonitor and measure ecommerce performance including web analytics, click tracking, and user funnelsFacilitate ongoing user research, distilling and sharing key lessons with other stakeholdersAdvocate for the user, ensuring their needs are met through achieving our business goalsDrive cross-functional communication and influence a wide range of stakeholders including the leadership team
Qualifications:
B.S/B.A in Marketing or similar field is required 3+ years of relevant tech experience, preferably as a Product Manager, Product Designer, or MarketerA keen eye for aesthetics and strong understanding of User Experience best practicesExperience working in an e-commerce or online marketplace businessExperience using analytics and business intelligence tools (We use Google Analytics, Looker and Domo)Experience sketching and and wireframing new feature conceptsExcellent communication, collaboration, and relationship building skillsAn open mindset and ability to build clarity from new and loosely defined ideasExperience with Figma or other hi-fidelity design tools is a plusGeneral knowledge of HTML and CSS is a big plusStrong Prior Project management skills & the ability to manage multiple projectsMust pass a pre-employment/post-offer background checkMust be 21 years of age or older
