As Product Manager, you will straddle the strategy and execution of the product. You’ll manage the evolution of your product across multiple dimensions (e.g., feature & functionality, cost, risk and support), working with all contributors. As such, you will conduct analyses of market trends, customer empathy, and internal and external data to define a unique product vision that delivers unique value. You will be the primary contact for the product related to team members, partners, and customers.

You will report to the Channel Performance & Analytics Director.

This role is open to remote.

Primary Accountabilities:

You will lead?the?product?vision,?strategy,?and?operational planning— and execute against a variety of product initiatives across all stages of a product’s lifecycle, including early product planning, customer research and validation, roadmap planning, product development sprints, piloting, gaining early adopters, product launch, metrics analysis, and post-launch iteration.

You will define product strategy and vision and then develop a creative, high-quality, and clear product roadmap.

Integrate usability studies, research and market analyses into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.

Identify objectives and key results and analyze customer feedback and usage metrics to recognize key pain points and opportunities to address.

You will gather data to guide build-buy-partner options to solve customer problems.

You will serve as the “translator” for both the customer and market, and team members.

Understand how and when to use design thinking, UX, and other frameworks into the process for a flexible hybrid methodology that fits the team, product, and customer.

You will prioritize initiatives and get commitments from team members.

Compensation Minimum:$118,700/year

Compensation Maximum:$150,600/year

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location.
5+ year software development processes with an appreciation for maintaining a high-quality bar with low operational overhead.5+ years experience in data-driven products, data science facilitation, and iterative development lifecycles to solve business problems.5+ years demonstrated experience deriving important insights and patterns from customer interviews and using that input to clarify problem statements.5+ years supporting Comparative Raters.5+ years experience in digital product management.Solid track record of taking end-to-end ownership and successfully.5+ years demonstrated experience in creating product strategy and vision.5+ years demonstrated experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition.Offer to selected candidate will be made contingent on the results of applicable background checksOffer to selected candidate is contingent on signing a non-disclosure agreement for proprietary information, trade secrets, and inventionsOur policy restricts consideration of applicants needing employment sponsorship (visa) to specialty occupations.
