The Technology Workforce Talent Excellence (TWTE) team is a center of excellence (COE) that tightly aligns with and supports the strategic talent objectives of the Technology organization. As our Technology organization continues to evolve, so too must our talent strategy. The Manager of Strategic Workforce Capabilities will report to the Director, Strategic Workforce Capabilities and form a centralized team accountable for defining the current and future state people related reporting needs and capabilities.
Our aspiration is to be the best, most inclusive place to work for Technologists and our Workforce Strategy is integral to achieving this. Defining and evolving our long -term vision and guiding principles is critical to ensuring we have the right talent in the right place, with the right skills at the right time while having an optimized global cost structure. This team will enable leaders to understand how they are tracking to their people strategy plan by delivering the capabilities that will highlight key shifts in hiring, retention rates, location dispersion and critical key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to the workforce. As our people are our most powerful asset, being part of this team will play an instrumental role in the efficiencies of the technology organization.

This team will be instrumental in this transformation, and how we implement and evolve our technology workforce tooling to meet the delivery needs of our global organization. Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
