The Technology Workforce Talent Excellence (TWTE) team is a center of excellence (COE) that tightly aligns with and supports the strategic talent objectives of the Technology organization. As our Technology organization continues to evolve, so too must our talent strategy. The Manager of Strategic Workforce Capabilities will report to the Director, Strategic Workforce Capabilities and form a centralized team accountable for defining the current and future state people related reporting needs and capabilities.

Defining and evolving our long -term vision and guiding principles is critical to ensuring we have the right talent in the right place, with the right skills at the right time while having an optimized global cost structure. This team will enable leaders to understand how they are tracking to their people strategy plan by delivering the capabilities that will highlight key shifts in hiring, retention rates, location dispersion and critical key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to the workforce. As our people are our most powerful asset, being part of this team will play an instrumental role in the efficiencies of the technology organization.

Role Overview

It is an exciting time to join the Technology Workforce Talent Excellence team as we develop future strategies and transform how we operate today. This team will be instrumental in this transformation, and how we implement and evolve our technology workforce tooling to meet the delivery needs of our global organization. We aspire to be powered by the best talent, while enabling ongoing governance of the workforce strategy.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Responsible for developing, delivering and refining the Product roadmap for workforce tooling capabilities by assessing both short- and long-term requirements in this area.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder needs, including enabling the Technology Leadership Team (TLT) and their leadership teams to deliver on their Strategic Workforce Plan aligned goals.
  • Ensure alignment with the Technology finance teams, Technology portfolio team and Colleague Experience Groups (CEG) to ensure reporting is consistent and provides impact enabling teams to make data drive decisions.
  • Support Workforce Strategy and Planning team in determining the process, cadence and mechanisms for developing reporting against the Technology Workforce Strategy. This will include macro level trending and metrics such as contractor/ colleague ratios, level mix, location growth, and progress towards the aligned goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the critical workforce and scenario planning needs.
  • Work with the Strategic Workforce Capabilities team to the strategic approach for the management and monitoring of a product based on broad functional goals and wider Enterprise linkages.
  • Implement a best-in-class self-service tool and automated dashboard reporting capability to our partners.
  • Assist in the creation of the capability roadmap.
  • Partner closely with Finance, Portfolio, Business Vendor Management (BVM) and CEG teams to ensure consistency in data usage, reporting and insights.
  • Use external bench marking data to identify solutions.
  • Develop and manage OKRs and Key Performance Indicators to track progress, use data to pivot and always improve customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with the Managers of Strategic Workforce Planning to ensure needs are met.

Minimum Qualifications:

Demonstratable experience in:

  • Assisting in the management of new product strategies and execution, including feature prioritization, product road mapping and requirements management.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills required including senior stakeholder management.

Preferred Experience

  • Background in people related reporting, communications and or tooling.
  • Experience with data analytics and the ability to draw conclusions and make inferences from the data.
  • Experience working with external third parties and building strong relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to develop measurable goals to track success.
  • Ability to utilize Industry trends and external perspectives to make meaningful recommendations to senior leadership.

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
