Digital Product Manager – Product Management

Location: Aligned to an Elevance Health office, with a hybrid work schedule and travel expectations as needed.

Responsible for the design and implementation of new products and existing digital product lines.

How you will make an impact:

• Evaluates existing digital products and competitor and industry data to improve existing products and make recommendations for new products.
• Recommends and implements long term profitability strategies including market positioning, assessment, pricing parameters, and risk profiles.
• Coordinates presentation, communication and implementation of all phases of product development.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

• Health or managed care experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills strongly preferred.
• Experience interacting confidently with key stakeholders, as a subject matter expert and comfortable with influencing decision-making preferred.
• Excellent written, oral, presentation and interpersonal communication skills with the proven ability to negotiate expectations between multiple parties highly preferred.
• Proficient of Microsoft Office products, most notably expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook strongly preferred

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $74,800 to $134,640
