Work Location: Remote role, working hours in EST time zone (If local to Parsippany, NJ can work onsite)
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 9-5pm
Hourly Pay Rate: $80 W2
Summary Description & Essential Job Functions
This hands-on contributor will partner with key teams, stakeholders, and other Product Managers to deliver business-critical projects for Digital Products (brand website and mobile app). This role will provide leadership and support throughout the product development lifecycle: establish business & functional requirements, test and manage the lifecycle of UAT issues; prioritize, organize, and align defect fixes, ensuring all business requirements are accurately captured, traceable, tested and deployed. The ideal candidate will have experience in both web site and mobile app consumer-facing digital channels, with a focus on e-commerce or self-service experiences; identifying & understanding customer problems and collaborating with stakeholders and partners on how to solve those problems to elevate the customer experience, reduce friction, and drive engagement and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Partner with other product managers, UX, technology, delivery & operations teams, and key stakeholders to execute on the product lifecycle from ideation through launch for various best-in-class digital experiences, new feature rollouts, as well as enterprise initiatives.
Collaborate with teams to define business and functional requirements including acceptance criteria; contribute to metrics & competitive analysis for related Product objectives & hypotheses.
Serve as the primary customer advocate during user acceptance testing and quality assurance activities to verify all enhancements deliver on specified business requirements.
Requirements
Experience/Certificates/Education
BA/BS in Computer Science, IT or Business required
product management experience, ideally in transactional websites and/or mobile apps with solid knowledge of shopping/retail functionality and API connectivity
Experience In Working With Functional Or Technical Teams
experience with software testing and Quality Assurance
experience with third party integrations and management of technology vendors
Experience working in Agile methodologies, principles, and procedures
Must be able to speak and write in English fluently
