About This Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Digital Product Management, Senior Manager as part of the Strategy, Digital and Innovation (SDI) team. This group manages customer-facing digital channels, experiences, and capabilities serving Commercial, Corporate & Investment Banking (CCIB) customers. The Mobile Products team has an exciting opportunity for an experienced mobile product management leader to help transform the mobile experiences that we offer to our Commercial, Corporate & Investment Banking customers. This individual will form a holistic view of the user journeys in onboarding, payments, lending, capital markets, and insights to deliver delightful, frictionless, and consistent mobile experiences for our customers.

In This Role, You Will

  • Understand the current landscape for mobile financial services in Commercial Banking as well as broader mobile trends and propose mid-term and long-term strategies to address those trends
  • Collaborate with journey leads and product managers across the organization to identify addressable opportunities via mobile platforms. Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
  • Own decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience areas requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
  • Act as key participant in large-scale planning
  • Create digital strategy for multiple business lines, incorporating their specific business challenges and goals, their customers challenges and goals, and the overall strategy for SDI
  • Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
  • Lead a team of product owners and business analysts to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Lead projects, teams, and mentor team members

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of management experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Background in Human Centered Design
  • Track record of software delivery in an Agile environment
  • Complete product ownership: You’ve built product strategy and buy in, created roadmaps and roadshows for that strategy and executed on that plan through software delivery
  • A blend of commercial banking (payments, commercial card, commercial finance) and digital product management experience

Job Expectations:

  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
  • This position is a hybrid work model and will not be a telecommute position, must be wiling to work out of San Francisco, CA, Phoenix, AZ, Charlotte, NC or New York, NY approximately 3 days a week

Pay Range: $144,400 – $300,000 USD Annual
