We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly collaborative product leader to scale the Credit Card business at Westlake Financial. This role is key to the success of Westlake’s Credit Card product. You will have the opportunity to shape and deliver a best-in-class Credit Card experience leveraging technology and design. You will collaborate to set the vision, identify growth opportunities, define the member experiences, and deliver features. As a product leader in our organization, we will look to you to deliver results on behalf of our customers. Reporting to the Vice President of WCC, you will work closely with IT, Marketing, Risk, Finance, and executive teams to set business objectives, define product strategy, prioritize features, and execute on them.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company’s credit card strategy and related programs and services.
  • Responsible for the development, enhancement and implementation of existing and new credit card products and programs, including features, benefits and pricing, and value proposition to achieve profitable revenue growth for the company.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to drive growth and meet business targets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to thoughtfully elicit business needs, gather requirements, define project goals, and offer solutions.
  • Partner with appropriate teams to enhance the servicing model and ensure that the right tools and training are in place to deliver high quality member service.
  • Communicate the vision, strategy, execution plan and customer impact/learnings to all stakeholders including the highest levels of leadership in the company
  • Lead direct to consumer acquisition and lifecycle campaigns on all products, working closely with the Sales, Marketing, Risk and Finance departments and external vendors
  • Collaborate with Operations and influence all teams to drive product engagement and service as well as opportunities to improve origination and servicing efficiencies.
  • Ownership of credit card vendor relationships
  • Other duties as assigned and needed

Must Have:

  • At least 5 years Credit Card experience in a comparable role and or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA) or equivalent from an acceptable 4-year college or university.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Credit Card products and services; related state and federal laws and regulations, and other related policies and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

PAY RATE:

  • $60,000 to $120,000 per year
  • The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable.
