CarelonRx Go To Market (GTM) Product Manager Senior

Hybrid; Flex 1 schedule, 0-3 times per month onsite

The Product Manager Sr is responsible for the development of products in both new and existing markets. As part of the CarelonRx Product organization, the GTM Product Strategy team is committed to enabling product growth within our segments and markets across the enterprise.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Identify & execute opportunities to introduce new products and product enhancements to the market to reach target customers
  • Define product value proposition and positioning
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to create alignment across GTM activities with sales, marketing and product teams
  • Generate market insights to understand customer needs and buyer personas to inform product enhancement and strategies
  • Align product launch to segment strategy
  • Drive execution of GTM plans to deploy product into market, including internal alignment, timing, interdependencies and launch success
  • Provide consultation to sales/account management on product for market-facing meetings/discussions
  • Conduct market analycis and monitor competitive strategies of advertising and promotions
  • Track launch progress through defined measurement milestones, metrics and KPIS for launch initiatives and activities
  • Product launch planning, coordinate with Marketing, Sales/Account Management and Implementations to ensure successful product launch
  • Develops and implements long term profitability strategies for market segment including market positioning, new product design pricing parameters, risk profiles, and legislative/regulatory responses.
  • Coordinates presentation, communication and implementation of all phases of product development.Serves as a product expert and a relationship manager to the core clients.

Minimum Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 4 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Capabilities, Skills, And Experiences

  • Experience and knowledge in healthcare product, supporting pharmacy highly preferred
  • Demonstrated results in the following areas: Market Strategy, Product Marketing, Sales, Market Research, Product Strategy, or Consulting strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of market-leading practices, competitive intelligence, and cutting-edge innovation in the market a plus
  • Strong project management skills; including managing multiple projects simultaneously preferred
  • Excellent written, oral, presentation and interpersonal communication skills with the proven ability to negotiate expectations between multiple parties a plus
  • Experience interacting confidently with senior management, as a subject matter expert and comfortable with influencing decision-making a plus
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office products, most notably PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Word preferred

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $86,800 to $156,240
