Essential Job Duties

Under the direction of the Product Manager, the Associate Product Marketing Manager supports overall management of assigned product category.

• Run reporting to assist with analyzing sales
• Manage item set-up and sample kit creation for new product introductions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute various product-related initiatives.
• Assist with product inquiries and requirements from Corporate Customers and National Account Sales team
• Track data on competitor information and market insights by partnering with Channel and Sales Team for industry intelligence.
• Collaborate with finance and assist with cost analysis of new products.
• Support Product Manager in New Product Development and launch activities including product benchmarking and testing, market assessments, pricing strategy and collateral development.
• Participate in manufacturing trials.
• Track and execute product certifications and renewals
• Maintain different administrative tasks and training documentation

Requirements:

• Must be proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office
• Preferred: Foodservice and/or consumer disposables product industry experience
• Ability to work on a team, and collaborate with multiple depts. outside of marketing
• Motivated and independent self-starter that is able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly and problem solve
• Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Experience with Consumer Product Management activities a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or Business preferred
• 2 years related experience
