We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our growing healthcare technology advisory and Consumer and Digital Health Products team. This role is designed for an ambitious individual who is passionate about supporting the development and launch of cutting-edge digital health products and patient solutions. Working closely with our Product Owner and team of consultants, you will play a crucial role in working with our clients in translating complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories and requirements for our delivery team.

Working with a team of experienced consultants, you will help our clients design, architect, and launch digital health products, from product vision and roadmap, MVP design, to product architecture and launch

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As an Associate Product Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Product Owner in defining and refining the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and prioritize user and business requirements.
  • Writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring they are clear, concise, and ready for the delivery team to implement
  • Supporting the management and prioritization of the product backlog, helping to ensure that the most critical and valuable features are delivered first.
  • Participating in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, providing insights and updates on user stories and backlog health
  • Working closely with UX/UI designers to ensure user stories accurately reflect user needs and contribute to an intuitive user experience
  • Assisting in stakeholder communication, ensuring there is a clear understanding of product development progress, challenges, and successes

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • You have 3+ years of experience in a product management, ideally within the Pharma, digital health industries or consumer health solutions or products.
  • Extensive and proven experience defining product backlogs, roadmaps, writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and translating business needs into technical requirements
  • Proven experience with Agile methodologies, preferably with a SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification
  • Previous management consulting experience (strategy, operations, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Management, or equivalent experience

  • You are a strong communicator, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • You are a collaborative team player, eager to learn from others and contribute to the team’s success.
  • You have outstanding problem-solving skills, are analytical, detail-oriented and have a passion for understanding and solving user and business challenges
  • Self-driven with an ability to exercise independent judgment with minimal direction, are also comfortable with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
  • Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) to develop client-ready executive presentations and deliverables
