What You Will Do
As an Associate Product Manager, your role is pivotal in driving product success by collaborating closely with Product Managers to shape and execute product strategies. You’ll oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring smooth transitions and timely updates while providing comprehensive support to internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting global product strategy and executing business plans for product launches.
- Providing technical and application support for assigned products, including sales training.
- Conducting thorough competitor analysis to inform pricing strategies and market positioning.
- Assisting in sales and operations planning, including pricing, forecasting, and inventory management.
- Understanding and addressing customer inquiries to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Your proficiency in data analytics, relationship building, and effective communication will be essential in achieving revenue growth and managing product portfolios efficiently.
What You Will Bring
- 2-4 years of Product Management experience required, with 5-8 years preferred
- Undergraduate degree required, preferred in a Technical and Business Field
- Direct communication style, both written and verbal
- Financial savvy and experience with data analytics for decision-making
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Passionate and motivated personality
- Preferred industry experience in connectors, such as stamping, plating, molding, extrusion, and assembly
- Knowledge of Fiber Optics is a plus
