General Summary
Candidate will be responsible for supporting the QTI Test Tools hardware platform products in collaboration with local and international teams. A successful candidate will be able to independently identify ways to improve customer experience and implement new approaches to improve customer support while minimizing support burdens to other teams. The candidate will work with a multi-disciplinary team (Hardware, Software, RF, Systems, Product Management, Customer Support, etc.) to set up Product Kits and create documentation such as product briefs, overview documents, user guides and other artifacts required to enable external customer success. Experience in software testing is strongly preferred in this customer-facing role that includes onboarding new customers and training customers in the use of Qualcomm’s test platforms. A successful candidate must have strong communication skills, must be an effective team player, and be able to work independently.

Pay Range
$112,000.00 – $168,000.00
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
