The Opportunity
Adobe is looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Creative Cloud Education product management team to support millions of students in their career growth by helping teachers bring creativity into the classroom. We work cross-organizationally with partners and key team members to unlock adoption of our creative tools.
You will be responsible for initiatives on the Adobe Education Exchange roadmap, and driving the PM lifecycle from performing competitive analysis, exploring the educator user journey, forming product hypotheses, identifying metrics of success, and bringing the proposed solution to life with design & engineering team members on prototypes and A/B testing. We want your mantra to be bringing users to experience core product value quickly and deliver measurable, sustainable results for Adobe’s Education business! What You’ll Do
Identify an area of opportunity on our roadmap to dive into, and how success will be measured. Build market expertise through market research, exploring competitive solutions to understand how we differentiate, in order to better serve educators. Demonstrate customer compassion & curiosity. Conduct user interviews, use on-demand user testing services, etc. Understand what a customer wants, particularly identifying their unspoken, unmet needs. Demonstrate creative problem solving through design thinking and brainstorming with design partners to identify possible solutions. Test solutions with users. Drive day-to-day product management, including detailed feature definition. Have fun and feel fulfilled by building on the success of our free Adobe Education Exchange platform, serving the needs of hard-working teachers everywhere. What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program graduating between December 2023 – June 2024Cross-functional management – You know how to effectively lead across and connect with all roles. Strong analytical abilities – An uncanny ability to synthesize information from a variety of sources to make thoughtful real-time decisionsExcellent Communication skills – You can clearly and compellingly communicate a point of view to executives and peers alike through written documentation or verbal presentations. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several? U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position?is $97,600 — $187,500 annually. Pay?within this range varies by work location?and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,?and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
